“Apistòs” means incredible, it is an imaginary flower, which does not exist in nature and is therefore incredible.

Only 50 numbered bottles produced.

Area: Bolgheri;

Year: 2019;

Blend: Cabernet Franc;

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand, disparate, crushed and fermented with the skins in concrete tanks for about 30 days;

Refinement: About 18 months in wood (first and second passage French oak barriques);

Color: Intense and lively red;

Scent: At the nose reveals elegant herbaceous varietal notes and green pepper;

Taste: In the mouth it is complex, velvety and harmonious;

Gradation: 14% Vol.;
