Hildegard Light

4,30

The name is a tribute to the nun and naturalist Hildegard Von Bingen, who with her studies on the various properties of hops accelerated its use in brewing all over the world. Try it as an accompaniment to a vegetable risotto, roasts and medium-aged cheeses.

Beer with a deep golden color, with a slight aroma of cereals that brings sweetness to the drink. What characterizes it are the resinous and balsamic veins, typical of the American-style hops used, which explode in notes of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to the use of a generous dry-hoppyng.
